At WADH Perfumes, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our brand. Each fragrance is crafted and packaged with precision and care. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations, and we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible — within fair and hygienic limits.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The product is in its original packaging and has not been fully used.

The perfume has not been engraved or customized in any way.

You have proof of purchase from WADH.store.

Engraved or personalized perfumes cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, as they are custom-made products prepared specifically for you.

Products showing excessive use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
2. Product Usage Evaluation
In the case of a return request for an opened perfume, our team will evaluate how much of the perfume has been used.

If only a small portion has been used, a partial refund will be issued based on the remaining product volume.

If the product is mostly consumed, no refund will be possible.
This assessment ensures fairness and product hygiene for all our valued customers.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Include your order number, photo of the product, and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps, including approval and return shipping instructions if applicable.
Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as we cannot guarantee processing without an approved return request.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In some cases (for partial usage), a deduction will be applied according to the condition and quantity of the returned product.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verifying the claim.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards or promotional items.

Opened products that show excessive use or tampering.
